There are two kinds of jobs in SAP -- Consultant or End-user. Given your background and the career gap, you would have to choose from one among these two. And since you are from Finance background, you can choose the FI/CO component to work on provided you are strong on the overall Finance work flow in a large organization.
If you want to work as an Enduser, you can get trained on the important activities handled in SAP and start applying for jobs as Accounts Executive or Manager.
But if you want to work as a Consultant, then the first to remember is that you need to show the work experience to get the job after getting trained. One option would be to get trained and then get Certified as an SAP consultant which might get you a job more easily.

Hi Sourav,
Since you have completed BA & currently working on SAP user testing, I could recommend to learn a few Automation testing tools and improve your career in that side. These days most of the companies are looking for Science / Maths background when they are recruiting for Functional or Technical consultants.
If your current company allows for lateral movement from testing to consulting, then you can look at any Functional components like MM, SD or PP. If you have accounting knowledge, then you can also look at FI/CO.
