Though I have been engaged with the software industry in various roles for past 20 years, I am passionate about teaching. Teaching is my hobby that came to me all the way from my grandparents and parents. The same interest led me to establish my own academy in Hyderabad, at an age of 20. It also gave me an opportunity to continuously gain my knowledge in various streams while sharing it with lot of my students. Moreover, it promoted a great self-satisfaction within me that could not be described in words. Modulus operator (%) returns the remainder of a division operator. For example: 5 % 3 gives 2. Also 5 % -3 gives 2. -5 % 3 gives -2. -5 % -3 gives -2. So always the result of the % operator takes the sign from the numerator. Also % operator is applicable on integer and character... ...more
