I am national Level swimmer with many gold medals at various levels. Into Swimming since 20 years. Teaching Swimming at various places for all ages since 5 years.

I am a National Level Swimmer. i have been into swimming since my childhood right from 5years. Teaching Swimming and Water exercise is my passion and hence have been training since 6 years. Swimming and Water exercise is the best of all the exercises which burns calories without putting much effort unlike other forms of activity. It comes with a double benefit that it keeps you fit and away from many health problems specially now in this fast paced world. What more another addition is you if you learn swimming its anytime advantage for you to go for water sports when out on an adventure tour! What are you waiting for? Learn swimming and get GOING!!!

"To start with, it was great training by Triveni madam. She is very friendly and understands our problem. I was scared to get into water before training but not any more. The individual attention we get here is great. Everything was explained in detail, right from Warm-up exercises, breathing techniques to right way of doing strokes. She is very experienced and knows how to mould the trainee. It just took 3 days for me to start floating on the water. As the days passed by I started enjoying swimming and now I would love to get into water whenever I get chance. Triveni madam has great patience. She calmly explains what mistake you are doing till you get right. I will suggest this trainer to everyone who would like to do swimming in right way and get fitter. Thanks a lot madam for all the training and support. "
