After almost ten years of gap in education, it is challenging to start your carrier in IT. Although you can give it a try if your determinant, first of all, you need to revise all fundamental subjects of CSE like, programming languages like (C, C++, Java), Operating system, DBMS, Computer Network, and update yourself. Secondly, please do some diploma or specialization in your interested stream like (networking, web development, DBA, testing... etc.) to accelerate your job opportunity.
You can either ask your batch mates or friends who are working IT for references, latest market demand or prepare accordingly.

As you know Java, you can quickly learn Apex, which is a backend language of Salesforce.com. Coming to Salesforce, there are two versions, 1. classic and 2. lightning (Advanced). So, learn Lightning, and attend interviews in a startup company (because a startup company can provide more work. So, you can learn more within less time) in Pluralsight.

I'm glad that you are thinking to learn before you start your job search in the IT industry.
There are two ways you can get yourself equipped for the industry.
1. Classroom coaching
2. Online coaching.
Before that, I would like to give you a small suggestion. Try to identify your skillset. And also do your research on recent technological trends. Pick one that can give you good mileage in the industry. Train yourself on it and start your job search.
Happy Learning.
