A normally unwanted fat tissue is formed and looks like the large stomach. It can be solved by reducing fat in the lower stomach regions.
Follow the Do's and Don't to reduce your fat:
Do's
* Full body stretching before you start further
* Lay down @180° and stop your leg @ 30° for 10-15 sec (4-5 times)
* Similarly Lay down @180° and start cycling in forward and reverse for 10-15 secs (4-5 times)
* Similarly Lay down@180° and do walking exercise for 2-3 mins without touching the ground/floor
Don't
* Avoid doing front press ( damage backbone)
* Running ( won't help in reducing stomach)
* Using the electrical device
