Eligibility- MBA/PGDM with HR specialization.
Course Details:
Monthly Salary Processing Ensuring timely resolution of employee's queries related with salary.
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of employee payrolls, reimbursements, taxes, PF, Full and Final settlements etc. on a monthly basis.
Salary data updation in various formats for cross checking purpose
Timely deposit of all the Statutory Payments & Filing Returns.
Looking after all statutory compliance and practices like PF, ESIC, TDS, Service Tax, etc
Prepare payroll deductions, compute payroll adjustments and reconcile salary accounts.
Handling Employee Loans, Calculating Bonus, Leave Encashment, and Full & Final Settlement.
