I think this is quite normal at his age. He is active, and that is good. At this age, let him do whatever he wants to, even if he doesn't concentrate on one thing. The day he'll find what he likes, he'll do it with concentration. He'll gain attention and patience over time. I suggest you introduce him to a form of meditation and make him do it once a day for at least 10 mins. I think this will help.
