Ofcourse you can. But what matters is the brand name of the college. In USA also there are hundreds of so called b schools.

For MBA in US /you need to write GMAT; some B- Schools accept GRE as well. If your undergrad course is in English/ in US TOEFL is waived off . Distance education is not considered valid by B- Schools for MBA program. Full time undergrad degrees are required.

Yes you can on the basis of GMAT/GRE/IELTS /TOEFL/PTE Score card and chances of Good B+ school in world. But i prefer you to go for MCA + MBA Courses. Rest is your choice. Best wishes.
