- Corona virus belongs to a group of viruses that causes different illnesses for e.g., common cold to respiratory infections etc.,

- The common symptoms of corona virus:
- Respiratory infections
- Fever
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Breathing problems
- Tiredness
- Body pains
- Sore throat
- Nasal congestion
- Cold
- Dysentery
- Headache

- Always try to follow good healthy habits and take care properly to prevent the disease.
- Eat healthily; take fruits and vegetables every day.
- Drink water to prevent dehydration.
- Do exercise regularly and walk or run daily.
- Take good rest and sleep at least six to seven hours daily at night.
- Take Probiotics, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, A, D and Zinc and minerals, (Multi vitamin & mineral tablets).
