Selecting Vertically

One very useful tip of MS Word is the ability to select a vertical range, in case the user want to select not the whole paragraph but want to select few sentennces throughout vertically, word allows you to do so by using "Shit+Alt" combination but it has to be used only with mouse and not keyboard.
