I have over six years of experience in the field of yoga. I hold a Theology certification, a Master of Yoga MA degree, and a Diploma in Yoga. I obtained my theology certification from the All World Gayatri Pariwar Shantikunj Gayatri Parivar in Haridwar. During my studies, I learned about Ayurveda and yoga therapy, which enhanced my understanding of the holistic benefits of yoga. To gain practical experience, I completed a yoga internship in Meghalaya.
My passion for yoga stems from my family, as several of my family members have been involved in the practice, which inspired me to pursue it as a career. My journey as a yoga professional began as a personal trainer, where I provided one-on-one guidance to clients. As my skills and expertise grew, I decided to expand my reach by becoming a freelance trainer in Mumbai. Through platforms like Urbanpro, I started teaching yoga classes to individuals from various backgrounds and age groups.
In my classes, I offer a wide range of yoga styles, including Power Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Body Pain Remedy sessions. Both online and offline classes are available, accommodating the preferences and convenience of my students. Each session lasts for fifty minutes, ensuring a comprehensive and fulfilling yoga experience.
To support my teachings, I provide yoga videos that students can access at their convenience. Additionally, I am open to creating an introductory video to give potential students a glimpse into my teaching style and the benefits they can expect from practicing yoga with me. For those who prefer a more theoretical approach, I also offer comprehensive theory notes to deepen their understanding of yoga principles.
