I always understand the student first, then make them improve and understand the topic properly. I repeat the sums and concepts till the student understand it. I always explain things and concepts with suitable examples so that the student will love to do sums and questions.

I always give extra attention to the weak students. I also take monthly test and a separate doubt clearing session. I always make the students do more and more practice, as we know that "Practice Makes a Man Perfect".
