Nikhil Menon

I am a teacher by profession, engineer by qualification. I have decided to pursue this career for my love for teaching and leaning new concepts. I have taught in a school for the past four years and have been giving home tuitions for the past three. I think my key skill is to simplify difficult concepts and present it in an easily understandable and fun way to the student. My purpose is the help the student love Maths by developing a love for it.
I have seen a distinct change in students approach to Mathematics when the approach of the teacher changes. My aim is to erase the fear of the subject from their life and that helps a lot in improving the result to a great extent. In an individual tuition class, I have seen my student rise from 35% to 75% within a year just by a change in his appraoch to the subject.
