First put your thoughts in native language, then think how can you translate that into English. Start with daily conversational English. Then the next course you can take up is on "Communication Skills" because your words plays only 10% to 15% role in communication.

You need to do projections to see how soon you can get your investment back. Risk increases as pay back period increases. What all resources you need. How do you mobilize those resources.
