I work with different teams and individuals for different projects from time to time. In the process as a leader of the group or director of the team I need to solve the communication issues frequently right from the personal level to the group level. The training, experience and this continuous process of understanding behaviors and process of communication provides me understanding of the needs of the students in the field of soft skills and thus we take the right path to success together. Theatre games, practical problem-solving and confidence building is the key of my training. I take personality development and soft skill training for groups, corporate and individuals.
