I have helped my students and children through Yoga for their overall growth....physically , mentally , emotionally and spiritually .

The muscle pain has reduced to a considerable extent and the wonder it does on your mental health is also remarkable. There are teachers, but Rupa mam genuinely wants you to get better and persuades you in every way possible. Our class is filled with a lot of talking, healing and pushing me harder one day at a time. A true form of a guru indeed. And then there is always the best part, the voice that she has during the savasana is filled with so much peace it literally transforms you into another place.
