I Yoga Siromani Rupa T Chotrani am teaching yoga since 20 years to all age groups from 2 years to 80 years.I have taught in Podar School for 7 years and St.Stanislaus School for 7 years.I have conducted classes and workshops at many places.I am specialised for all types of health issues and giving best of results.I take private classes one on one and also group classes as per requirement of the students.I give personal attention to my students with positive results.I have also taught to slum children as a good deed.I have written a book on Yoga for Children to convey message to children .In today's stressful world Yoga approach is priority. I have helped my students and children through Yoga for their overall growth....physically , mentally , emotionally and spiritually .

"As someone with intense anxiety, starting yoga had been a personal goal for several years. But I never managed to start. Perhaps because even simple breathwork like box breathing for eg. Would ramp up my anxiety meter. Then sometime last year, I also developed health anxiety which only made matters worse. Thankfully, things worked out sometime in november 2022 and I finally managed to kickstart yoga, with rupa ma’am. I still remember how I couldn’t even lie down in shavasana for the first few classes. In fact, before every exercise which required some effort, I’d question ma’am if it’s safe to do for a noob like me and after her encouragement, I’d do it and feel so accomplished. It’s been 3 months since. I can do a surya namaskar now and the relief is real. It’s not the most perfect one still but it’s quite the leap for me. Hoping to continue this and not fall off the wagon in future. Thanks ma’am! See you tomorrow morning at 8am, still groggy but powering through. "

I’m still a work in progress, learning to cope with certain asanas, maintaining good posture, the importance of breathwork and applying it in the correct manner.
