The course structure of beginners course includes 4 easiest styles of yoga that are taught to students. These include Hatha and astanga yoga. All these styles are easy to practice and can be learnt easily
Hatha Yoga includes breathing exercises, asanas, relaxation techniques and meditation.
The yoga focuses on controlled breathing practices while performing various yoga asanas. It is aimed at promoting modified postures according to requirement of students. And yoga which focuses on the way of breathing and how much breath is given to different postures.
For those who are going to do yoga for the first time, there is a lot to learn, discover and explore in the ancient practice of yoga.
