Online Fitness Dance Workshop for Beginners.
Fitness Dance stands out from technical or traditional dance techniques; however, intricate choreography isn't the focus here.
In this workshop students don't spend weeks or months practising a single dance routine; rather, in each session students work up a sweat while doing their best to follow the instructor, and leave feeling good mentally and physically.
Each session will be for 1 hour. The session will start with complete body stretching to avoid any form for muscle strain. Next will be slower-paced dance moves which helps to focus on different elements of physical fitness. This is follwed by high intensity dance workouts and finally ending the session with cool down.
