Do thorough study including "Points to remember", Diagrams, etc. & cover every inch corner of the book completely. 85 Out of 100 questions come from NCERT books & if you're worried about the rest of the 15 questions then in my personal opinion & experience I recommend you to do 1st study NCERT thoroughly after that go through the "Sarita Agarwal" biology books of 11th & 12th class. This book covers all the extra useful study material apart from the NCERT for your NEET & AIIMS UG entrance exam.
