Teaching Experience in detail in Spoken English classes
Though I was an office manager, I opted to teach spoken English and English for competitive exams. Though I appear to be strict, I am actually a jovial guy. I love Sharing my knowledge and interacting with my students. I give them opportunities to speak out their hearts and correct them wherever necessary. Learning English with me is fun. I have a lot of appreciation from my students comprising of CAs, Advocates, MBAs, Teachers, Nurses and University and college students.

First, you need to understand what communication is. Ninety per cent of our lives is just asking and answering questions. It can be at home, with friends, with strangers, with classmates/colleagues. Everyone asks questions. We should know how to ask and answer correctly. For that, you need to practice YES/NO questions; WH questions.
You can practice it by asking question upon question. But first, you should learn the tenses. e.g. where did you go? (you should know to ask correctly) and to answer that question correctly- I went to meet my friends in the hostel. (The question is in the past tense, and you should answer in the past tense itself. You can't answer I go to meet my friends in the hostel.
These basic things will build your confidence level to communicate with others.

We don't use the newspaper vocabulary in our day to day life. Just take the list of verbs and try to use them in simple sentences. If you can type the sentences on MS Word, you can keep the cursor on the verb and eight clicks. Go to synonyms, and you will get some more words related to the verb you are using and thereby improve your vocabulary. Use the synonyms also to make simple sentences and remember one thing. You need to be perfect with the simple tenses because those are the tenses we use to speak a lot.
