Try doing what you like doing, may be your hobbies, listning to music but do not sit at home in a room with mobile or computer. Go out meet people, see the world around you it will make you think how the entire world id different and may bring some positive enegy in you, other then this try doing mediation and exercise it also brings lot of positive energy and reduce stress which is the cause of negativity or depression. Communication is a broder terminology and English is a language used for communication purpose. Firstly, Be positve and try to speak english irrespective of wrong words or sentences. At the next stage after sometime, your mind would be able to convert your message in English but you will still stop in between the sentences and at the last stage mind will be fluent in delivering the english conversation. what you need to do is to read english grammar and try to watch A/V movie, Serial may be in Hindi but captioned in English..It will help you to grasp the English very fast..English speaking is not tough it is exposure and environment that matters.

It is said that a person can get a job easily but to sustain in a job and build a career is an art & Science both which we all know as EQ "Emotional Intelligence". If you have great IQ and EQ then only you can have strong career else you may struggle to reach to the pinnacle of your career. Our emotions and how we regulate and manage it with others, surroundings is what matters and we must maters the art of managing emotions with dealing with self and others like anger, resistance, adaptability, respect, empathy, fear, trust etc. IQ is required for initial few years when a person is finding a job or learning a job but what help to have long sustainable career is EQ. So work on your EQ, do a self analysis of your behavior, personality and check it is okay or need fine tune. Hope it helps.
