As per my experience, the following things will help you fetch a good job in your placements.
1. Most important of them all is the knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms and analysis of Algorithms.
2. Excellent analytical and logical thinking to find an optimized algorithm for any problem
3. Programming skill in at least one language ( Java, C++, Python are a plus point )
4. Basics knowledge of DBMS, Computer Networks, Operating Systems.
5. Excellent Aptitude Skills and understanding of Basic Mathematics
6. Clear and confident communication and a thorough understanding of what you write in your resume.
7. Out of the box, thinking and a creative resume can be a bonus point.
All you have to do is Work Hard, Be Confident, Be Patient and Don't lose hope (Luck too has a role to play)

In this situation, any exchange is yet to happen. But, we have found a coincidence where person A (Ramu) wants to sell shoes and needs rice and person B (farmer) who in turn wants to sell rice and needs shoes. This situation is defined as Double Coincidence of Wants (Option A)
