During this course, a one on one/ group High Interval Intensity Training classes is conducted. The program is conducted twice weekly and is idle for Beginner to Advanced level fitness enthusiasts.
HIIT is considered to be one of the best exercise to cover the entire body in one session. The exercise can be done by beginner as well as advanced gymmers. It does no harm to no one as the Intensity is adjusted as per the capability of the individual undergoing training.
The classes can be scheduled as per convenience and is best suited if you are a working professional or student and cannot spare more than two days for your gym session. It is also convenient in a way that you don't actually require any equipment for this training.
