This Course is for beginners or intermediate-level fitness people who want to learn kickboxing and another form of martial arts to adapt on new combat art skill and discover their potential in combat arts like kick boxing, judo, Jiujutsu, Wrestling and Desi fitness also i will guiding you on diet and nutrition for this particular course to have proper recovery and knowledge about it
In this course, there will be HIIT-like sessions and guidance for basic kicks and boxing techniques which will be enough to have basic knowledge about kick-boxing if anyone wants to be a professional in this particular field please feel free to ask for more of it as these will be for beginners and intermediate.
What you have to do is that you have to bring a water bottle & napkin without shoes, this will be 1 hour session so phones are not allowed also you can bring your friends with you.
