I work with them through regular training, coaching, consulting & mentoring sessions to enable them be ready for their career future. I work with them to implement their domain knowledge with the soft competencies like communication skills, professional development, self development and management skills. I also train them on different management tools and skills to be at par with the competitive market. The soft skills training, career consultations and management skills help them build a strong career path.

The sessions are for fresh graduates and working professionals who wish to structure their career path and move to the next level. I take 1-1 virtual sessions to coach & consult with them and work with them to formulate a career path.  The sessions are video based and recorded so the student can refer to the discussions later. The objective of the session is to empower the student with a stronger and achievable career path and the courses, job, business can be structured planned and executed accordingly.

Multiple sessions are recommended to maintain accountability and ownership of the goals discussed. Execution of every goal can be recorded for improved self-management.

The coaching sessions also include working towards self-improvement, interview preparation, career transitions, resume building, and strategizing job search.

The number of sessions depends on the requirement and objectives of the student. However, the charges are per session wise.
