• Assess current level & give feedback – Current Challenges Prioritization
• Play video and ask to summarize
• Feedback based on above
• Confidence Training – Conversation for 10 mins.
• Read out loud – 10 mins

Day 2

• 3 clips watch and summarize
• Pronunciation – common misspelt words generally and by trainee
• Read out loud – 10 mins
• Homework – watch video and come up with a factual summary

Day 3

• Read out homework
• Respond to same 50 questions in a different way
• Live video watch and summarize
• Pronunciation – common misspelt words generally and by trainee

Day 4

• Basics - Basics – has/have/had
• Task for a speech – Discuss for homework
• Most popular questions brainstorming – Practice and memorizing

Day 5

• Respond to 50 questions in a different way
• Video watch and summarize
• Pronunciation – REVISION

Day 6

• Only conversation – Theme to be picked on the day of training

Day 7

• Prepared Speech 1 (Based on homework given on Day 4) & Feedback
