It is said that you are as healthy as your gut..The more healthy is your digestive system,the less illness you will suffer from .Along with diet,you also need to perform exercises for improving the efficiency of your digestive system..This particular course is specifically targeted at addressing digestive disorders.This class is open to anyone above 12 years who are keen to learn on yoga techniques for improving their digestion. There will be 6 classes of 1 hour duration conducted for a period of one month.Through the session one can learn various asanas aimed at alleviating digestive issues..focussing on methods to get rid of constipation,flatulence,hyperacidity etc.
Session will consist of theory ,suksma vyama,surya namaskar,asanas(standing,sitting,prone,supine) and different kinds of Pranayam aimed at improving digestion
For every asanas,the anatomy and physiology of the asanas will be explained along with the benifits and contraindications of the asanas.
The Sessions will be conducted through online platform like Google meet.One just needs to have a good internet connection for conducting the classes.Link for the Google meet class shall be shared.
Classes will be conducted every Saturday 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
