There are many aspects to self-development. To begin with, focus on what you are good at. Do a SWOT analysis.
S- Strengths - List down all that you are good at, your talents, achievements, educational certifications and also your skills and attitude. It should include everything related to your knowledge, skills and of course, your attitude. It is what takes you forward.
W-Weaknesses- Next, list everything that holds you back. It could be your lack of knowledge, skills, desire, habits or attitude. Weaknesses are those aspects of ourselves which prevent our strengths from being fully utilized.
Both Strengths and Weaknesses are internal aspects of your personality.
Take some time during the day and do the above exercise. Take a resolve to focus on your strengths and do away with habits that pull you back.
