I don't own a DSLR right now,  but I really want to learn photography. Please suggest me a camera I can purchase in 2020 with a budget of 50k to 90k

There are various options available at that price point as your budget is quite high.
Assuming you to be a beginner (as the question usually comes from someone who's getting started), you don't need to spend this much money.
As a begginer, it doesn't matter which camera you start with as you still don't know what they are capable of and how it'll be useful to you.
What you might find useful when getting started is the ability to get the photos transferred to your phone immediately.
This would help you analyze your photos, edit them on the phone using an app and post them on social media which is typically even many professionals do.
This is a cycle that'll keep you motivated to create amazing photos instead of falling prey to thinking that expensive cameras will fetch you high images.
Why you should buy a DSLR/ Mirrorless camera: currently these won't be your priority while getting started.
- Ability to take control of every aspect of a camera.
- Ability to change lenses.
- The ability the shoot RAW.
- Ability to mount Flash.
You can look at a DSLR or even a Mirrorless camera and here are options.

Ask yourself a question on what you plan to do with a camera on a longer run.
At this stage, you probably don't have an answer to this question.
Becoming good at photography is something that happens over time with a lot of practice.
Once you treat the camera as a tool, you can get great photos, even on a mobile phone.

Since you are just starting off in digital photography,I would suggest a basic or mid range camera. Canon 1500 D is a good start , look for a twin lense kit which comes with 18-55 & 55-250 mm lenses, this will cost you anywhere between 30k-37k.As you develop more interest in photography, you will find yourself gravitating towards one or more types of photography like Landscape,street photography ,wildlife etc. and based on this you can upgrade your photographic gear.Always remember that an expensive camera does not necessarily mean that you will produce good pictures,it all depends on your technique and skills.you can produce amazing pictures with even the most basic DSLR . If you have a budget of 50k-90k then buy a mid range camera and then buy accessories like flash gun , tripod etc. as per your requirement. Good Luck !!

For e.g., with our 8-hour workshop, we provide camera and lens on rent to students who want to explore their options. That way you will be able to learn about what are the important things to look out in a camera like a sensor size, get a sense of what camera you are comfortable with as you see other students carrying different types of cameras (Nikon, Sony or Canon), whether you want to go for DSLR or Mirrorless and then make an informed decision.

If your only interest is learning Photography. Just learn mobile Photography first. Learn about composition. Be it more or Dslr; rules are the same for writing.
Moreover composition is more important part that improves Photography. What camera you own barely matters. It eases the way but considering the amount they require and with update in new technology. I'd recommend going for mobile Photography first, learn from it and then a lot later when you have approx 1.5 lacs to spend. Then buy the cheapest DSLR like Nikon D3200 with 18-55mm and 50mm lens. Also, make sure you get into a class to learn faster and better about your camera, and it's settings.

Kindly do not invest in equipment until you find what genre of photography you have an interest, Try experimenting and exploring with advanced point and shoot cameras like canon PowerShot g9x mark ii or any other brands in a similar range, Start with street photography and slowly try different genres,
