Well, as previously I have mentioned I have 1 year of JAVA classroom training experience, I started teaching actually 1 year back , with this profession I have learned lot of things, I like those Students who challenge me , my teaching style is simple and interactive, I would like to clear smallest of doubts in Students mind , I will not go further unless student has clear idea about particular topic, I use proper equipment to teach such as projectors for presentation, my method is first explain theory then try to explain with practical demo on projector, so far I have taught fresher students so my experience is very good with them they were young and dynamic students and I like such people who can really challenge me with the difficult questions they had, I have learned a lot from teaching stage daring, presentation skills , how to make classroom interactive rather than monotonous, how to encourage the students , I have gained leadership quality as well, I use power point as well MS Word to explain the things in programming diagrammatically with a flow chart, so that is it about me
