Photography 001- This is a level 1 course in photography with 10 hours of demo lectures. This course leads to level 2/ advanced course where one can choose to do advance lighting and documentary & wild life photography.

• Light painting- 2 hours
• High and slow speed photography- 2 hours
• Portrait lighting basic- 2 hours
• Food Photography basics- 2 hours

Course Content in Details:

Basics of Photography: Two hours are spent in the basic concepts of photography like: Exposure, Metering & Composition. These are discussions and demo hours.

Light painting: Students learn to draw images with light in creative ways like light painting and light trails. Light painting is a very creative technique highly used in the photography industry. This is an evening class under low light conditions where students will be shown how to create light painting and capture light trails.

High & slow speed photography: Students learn the tricks behind capturing slow and high speed photos. slow speed photography shows subjects in motion in very creative way. High speed photography helps one freeze the world.

Portrait Lighting: Students are introduced to basic lighting for portrait photography. Portrait lighting is a specialised area and needs a lot of practice. Once you know the basic principles, you can either start practicing the art or opt for advanced course in portrait photography.
