"I was looking to increase my bodyweight strength during lockdown and loose some weight in the process. I started coaching sessions a while back and today I can do bodyweight movements such as pullups, pushups , pistol squats. Training with John has been a pleasure, He is specialised in Bodyweight fitness, he showed me multiple elements that I am looking to learn now slowly. John understands gow to train and he himself is an expert at this field. I am now training 5 months with him, looking to do the muscle up soon! "

"I've undergone personal training from Baker John from the last 6 months. Im a female, 37, a hypo thyroid patient and my doctor recommended I start some workout from a certified personal trainer. Ever since I got coached my John, my weight has gradually reduced, my stress levels have reduced. He explained the workouts and kept me motivated all the way through so much to the point that today I'm still taking sessions from him, not as much as it was in the beginning. I have been coached by multiple trainers but I found John a more understanding person & coach. I shared a great deal of information about my health status & he has helped me all the way through to this day. I am very happy with the service. Definitely recommend John to others. "
