According to me initially you should try for government jobs (if you have interest) Secondly try not to go completely in IT development or testing or networking... If you can go and start with Machine learning.. New zone new approach new field. Well finally depends on interest.. It is very important.

Maths :- Simple thing Practice simple three rules Practice , Practice and Practice
Physics :- Understand concepts and then apply as much as question either from your text books or from CBSE refrence books of 11th Standard.
Chemistry:- Understand the logic behind it and then same as physics ,as PCM become the most important subjects for future.
