"I've been listening to his classes since so many days.He is very good at explaining each and every part of the subject. Basically Service now looks easy to learn while working we encounter so many difficulties.We forget the things what we've been learnt in the videos.Through his videos he made it very simple and clear even the difficult part of the subject seems very clear and easy to us. The best part here is he provides many videos related to a topic so that we can learn the subject thoroughly. He concentrates on every single aspect of the Service Now that basic learners need to know and he explains all the methods that are available so that don't suffer while working. Finally Not only the efforts of trainer but the efforts of learner also matters otherwise it all goes in vain. "
