You first need to start with getting familiar with the language by reading literature in English, like by reading newpapers, magazines, novels, blogs, etc.
You also need to learn to understand Spoken English language by watching English movies, listening to English songs, podcasts, etc.
Then you may start practising from basic sentences to more advanced sentences which you learn from various sources. You could also take the help of family and friends who can speak in English.
Eventually, this will help you in grasping the language to a point that you start thinking in the same language. You won't need to translate from native tongue to English language anymore.

You may start by watching English movies with subtitles, Listening to English songs, etc. in order to understand the pronounciation. And then you can start practising yourself by talking more and more with friends and family.
This also helps in grasping the language to a point that you start thinking in the same language. You won't need to translate from native tongue to English language.
