0MRP Prerequisite -
- Requirement planning for the corresponding plant must be activated in MM under consumption based planning – planning – Activate MRP (OMI8).
- Plant parameter for the corresponding plant must be activated in MM under consumption based planning – Plant parameter – carry out overall maintenance of plant parameter.
- In material master (MM01) we need to maintain the MRP data of the materials that are subject to automatic planning.
- Automatically planned materials are not assigned with MRP type ND (not planned).
Now during the MRP run system will check the planning file entry exist for material or not, if it exists it will check related to which order and what the MRP type is.
How much is the order qty, and which lot size is used for the requirement. i.e., EX, FX
When to schedule the order, Procurement time, production time, Delivery time
