Dear Priya,
As i can see that you have MBA an also 5 years of related experience.
And now you want to switch your carrer in IT inorder to land a job in MNC. For that I would suggest to pursue your course in Data scientist. In this, person has to manage data of company. It seems easy, but actually now everything is goind online and data are being stored on cloud. So for that data analysts are required to manage that. In this, even fresher will also get a good packages.
Hope you like this suggestion. Its only a suggestion but you can take final decision.

since you are working in SAP so i would suggest you to do advance course in financial modules of SAP . You can also look for some certification in big data analysis and data sciences.
