Overview

I have done B.A. (Hons) Economics and Masters in Business Economics from Delhi University. My tryst with teaching started at a very early stage of my life. My mother used to take tuition's for primary classes and I used to assist her. I started taking tuition's up to class tenth during my graduation days and economics for undergraduates in commerce and Arts stream during my post graduation days. While working for IT industry in last 18 years, I have taken sessions on Project Management, Business Applications (ERP, CRM) and soft skills (Business communications, Presentation skills, Team building). I am a little unconventional in my teaching approach and rely more on practical examples from social and professional domain for explaining a concept rather than just be academic in approach. I firmly believe if concepts are clear to the learner, it is much easier to apply in real life. I often use presentations for teaching using projector and a laptop. Teaching helps me in continuous learning for self and also provides me an opportunity to return back some of the things that I have learnt and share my experience and knowledge with next generation.
