Chronic hunger & Abject Poverty were 2 great pestilences , that affected all countries of the world , from time immemorial to kings & rulers of 18 th centuries & earlier times before starting from 16 th century.. it is a historical , social anc now in modern governments of Uk & USA @ even in British & independent India it is manifesting as a Economic social problem.. advanced countries like US& Uk Faced looming unemployment resulting in acute poverty , death , out break of diseases , famines , & droughts in agriculture .. resulting in strong dangerous inequalities ,have led to October Revolution & destruction of Capitalism in soviet Russia .. it caused the Great Depression which famous Economist J M Keynes suggested a massive employment policy to revive the sagging Uk& US economies in 1929 .. now Poverty is taking serious dimension in growing developing countries, where large population over dependable on agriculture failing rains resulted in unprecedented farmer death suicides to poverty & inability to pay off their bank debts .. found in all parts of India in 2016 , 2017 & more so in 2018..the GOvt of India proposes several measures like assuring 1& 1/2 times minimum support price to agricultural farmers to overcome this acute & looming death of poverty stricken farming community of tiny , marginal & submarginal & even the big farmers committing suicides to the grim impact of poverty of these majority despite high growth of a country massive like India ..such is Formidable Impact of Poverty ; It is a first an ECONOMIC & SOCIAL TRAGEDY..
