My first idea is to remove the Fear from the learner's mind. I offer lots of opportunities to speak and write. Hesitation will fly off as soon as they join in my classes. I suggest just 30 hours learning is sufficient. But practising is essential. If there is a group of learners, I go to their place and offer the training. If the individual wants, I offer the Home tuition by the mutual requirement. This six weeks Training will lead to a comfortable Zone. 100% interactive sessions. Videos will be displayed in practice. The learner can convert 1 X 80 sentences within the training period.
