1. A leader leads by example first, so whatever aspects he/she expects to be present in his team need to be present in the leader first.

2. The leader need to create a strong organizational structure for running the team where the system itself demands all of the team to be accountable.

3. The leader needs to be humble, friendly and have good communication with the team and create a very healthy workspace. This creates a sense of accountability and belongingness in the team where they own the organization and work for the organization.
