Intellectual Humility does not mean the person should be too humble and grovel at other’s feet. Well, well, well. That’s not Intellectual Humility, that is called servitude. They misrepresent their self-esteem, but they pretend to be humble. Abhor it, Leaders! THAT IS NOT INTELLECTUAL HUMILITY
Leaders with Intellectual Humility has elevated level of Veracity, and they don’t covet for any materialistic circumstances and every so often lead by example. They commiserate with other people’s moods and spirits and stay detached from being languished by others emotive states. They have an intense sense of responsibility towards the people, work and society and won’t stay in any indolent tasks and activities.
Intellectually humble leaders can condone their rivals very quickly because their task maturity is far superior to others and have reached the phase of self-actualisation. Assume what their biggest emotional drive is? The answer is excellence in personal and professional life.
It is simple logic but difficult to comprehend by the critics.
