"Effortlessly" may be a little tricky as learning anything requires some degree of effort. One way is outrageous amounts of exposure to English.
- Throw away all your shyness and communicate at whatever your level of English is
- Hang out with friends/people who only speak in English
- Watch English movies and serials with slightly delayed subtitles. Listen to podcasts. Try to copy and mimic the actors/speakers as it is.
- Get rid of the misconception that you need to learn grammar first to speak fluently. That is not true. Forget about grammar. (How do little kids learn their mother tongue fluently)
- Read aloud as much as you can.
