My fellow friends have answered your question very well and I must tell you that the more you practice in front of the mirror, the more you will read newspapers, the more you will interact with your siblings, friends or colleagues the more positive and confident you will be. It doesnt matter if you fumble or you speak wrong words what matters is your self belief and the will to do things.
