Secondly, I would suggest you read English books which have more dialogues given in them. For example - comics. Further, start speaking in English with your friends and family who will encourage you to do so.
One essential tip is never to translate sentences from Marathi to English to speak as it is wrong, and meaning and sentence formation changes sometimes.
