Listen and watch English songs, shows and movies with subtitles.
Don't ever hesitate to speak in English.
Even if you make the mistakes, keep on communicating in English.
Do not mug up any sentence formula.
Understand English as a language like other languages (Eg Hind, Telugu, Kannada, etc.) not like a subject.
Do not practice writing sentences or words.

I am Pallavi here, and I am a spoken English and communication trainer. First of all please pull out the fear inside you if you have, which makes you think that my English is not right. Secondly, I would suggest you read English books which have more dialogues given in them. For example - comics. Further, start speaking in English with your friends and family who will encourage you to do so.
One essential tip is never to translate sentences from Marathi to English to speak as it is wrong, and meaning and sentence formation changes sometimes.
I hope these tips are useful. All the best!!
