Would suggest you to follow television ( news channel in particular, like NDTV English, Times Now) and also start reading newspaper for eg. the Hindu, Deccan chronicle and underline the words of which you don't know the meaning, and find the meaning in the dictionary the next day, also when it comes to learning Spoken English , try and read a paragraph everyday from the newspaper or any English book in front of the mirror, this will help you to build up confidence when you try to speak English in your surroundings and in front of others.
