PRACTICE is the key factor here. You may read all you want, you may watch plenty of english new channels and movies but it won't help unless you practice. First thing you need to do is to THINK IN ENGLISH in your mind then try to reproduce it while having conversations with your friends.

*Watch more and more english series or movies or documentry, that will help you to maintain a habbit of listening and understanding english.

*For difficult words take help of dictionary.

Don't worry too much about correctness. Habit of speaking in English is more important.
