It is almost impossible to not have any stress. Hence we need to manage stress, as we cannot eliminate it. Stress is caused by various factors viz
1. Physical Factors like fatigue, headache etc.
2. Mental Factors like tension, work load etc.
3. Environmental Factors like traffic, pollution etc.
If we try to understand stress a little better we can realise that stress is not always bad, as usually perceived. Too much stress or too less stress results in lower productivity.
