1There is one and only one eligibility if you'd like to learn Tarot Card Reading, which is, your INTEREST in the tool. Yes, anybody can learn tarot if they have a strong interest and feel passionate about this means of divination. What helps ofcourse is if you come with an open and flexible mind to work on some of the limiting beliefs that we all carry based on our varied backgrounds. Once we see things from a new perspective, this world becomes an amazing experience to live in.
I started delving into Tarot few years back, when I got my first Tarot reading done by a friend (a professional tarot reader). I used to read a lot of articles on web and books to get accustomed on the subject. And then, I decided to contact a guru and further obtained necessary credentials to become a certified Tarot Master Reader. The process wasn't continuos at all. I faced a lot of hardships in eliminating distractions and it was quite a task to dedicate time regularly to stay in the zone. However, my urge to learn was too overwhelming and it all came together eventually!
Since childhood, I was drawn into the myriad world of spirituality, past life regression, astrology, numerology, reiki, alternative healing therapies, hypnosis and of-course Tarot. I remember it was in 2007 that I first got introduced to my Reiki guru and was attuned as a reiki practitioner. Having helped some friends by extending my reiki energies, I started to see the impact on their overall well-being. My intense journey with Tarot started, when I realised that even a much fascinated IT job is doing little good to help my personal progression (and soul-development).
Initially, it started with extending a lot of free services to friends and family, who trusted in my ability to help them explore their life choices. And gradually, the word of mouth did its charm, when I launched my paid services to people known and unknown.
Even today, Tarot is not a destination, it is only one of the means (and tool) to create impact in people's life by helping them explore what seems limited otherwise. And why not? Like a friend said, "these are the times of self-awareness".
